Product Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-27
This Product Privacy Policy explains how Within Intelligence, Inc. (f/k/a Klarity Intelligence, Inc.) (“Within,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, transfers, secures, and retains personal information when you access the Within SaaS application or any related in-product features (“Product”). If you use the Product through your organization, your organization controls the content it puts into the Product, and Within processes that content on its behalf; Within is responsible for the account, usage, support, and security information it collects to run the Product. By using the Product or providing information to us in that context, you accept this policy. We may revise it from time to time and will post the updated date above. Continued use of the Product after an update signifies acceptance of the revised policy. Questions: hello@within.ai
1. Information We Collect
- Account data – name, title, business contact details, login credentials, signature, and workspace role.
- Customer-provided content – documents, contracts, recordings, and other data uploaded or generated by your organiation in the Product, including the outputs the Product creates from them.
- Capture session data – if you start a capture session (for example, in Companion or Interviewer): images of the screen you choose to share; audio from your microphone and any other audio the session picks up, such as a meeting you are in, which can include other people’s voices; and information about which applications you use. Companion does not store raw screen images or audio; Interviewer keeps the session recording in your organization’s workspace.
- Device and usage data – IP address, browser or device type, session and user identifiers, logs, error reports, and feature usage, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies and through our product analytics and error-monitoring services.
- Data from others – your organization and its single sign-on provider, and business contact lists or professional networks confirming your role or permissions.
Required and optional information. Your name, business email address, and role are required to create and secure your account. Everything else, including starting a capture session or sharing your screen or microphone, is optional and begins only when you choose to start it and grant permission. Without the required information we cannot provide an account. If you decline permissions or stop a session, the capture features will not run, but the rest of the Product will. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 2); features that depend on it may then stop working. You can block cookies in your browser, but the Product may not sign you in without the ones it needs.
Children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have done so, email hello@within.ai so that we can delete it.

Our personnel, including those of our subsidiary in India, and our service providers may access it from other countries to provide and support the Product; we do not store it in India. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We keep personal information only while necessary for the purposes above, then anonymize or securely dispose of it.
